Do you charge by the day, or can I keep the items for multiple days?

We are flexible with rental durations. Rentals of up to 5 days are included. After 5 days, there is a 20% surcharge per additional day based on the total order amount. For example, if your order total is $100, the additional charge would be $20 per day after the fifth day.

Is there a minimum deposit?

Can I join tents together? For example, a 10×20 and a 20×20?

Absolutely! Our tents can be connected to create larger covered spaces.

How do delivery and pickup work?

We are flexible and will work with you to arrange delivery and pickup. Most customers prefer delivery the day before their event and pickup the day after. For tent rentals, we may need to set up a few days before your event. Don't worry—you will not be charged extra for those additional days.

What happens if I damage a rental item?

We require all customers to sign a rental agreement. If one of our rental items is damaged, the customer is responsible for the replacement cost of that item.

Are the pictures shown on your website an accurate representation of what you offer?

Yes! Our photos are intended to accurately represent the products we offer. However, there may be slight differences due to lighting, camera settings, or screen displays, which can affect how colors appear.
